About Veyro

We’re building the revenue engine we always wanted.

We’re building the revenue engine we always wanted.

Veyro started in 2021 as a fix for our own forecast calls. Today, 120 people in Amsterdam and New York build the AI revenue platform that 4,000+ teams use to see their number early — and do something about it.

Our story

Born from a forecast that missed by 31%.

In 2020, Luca de Graaf and Mei Lin Zhao were running revenue operations at two fast-growing Amsterdam scale-ups. Every Monday began the same way: export the CRM, reconcile five spreadsheets, defend a number nobody fully believed.

When one quarter closed 31% below commit, they stopped patching the process and started rebuilding it. The first version of Veyro was a single model that read every email, call and invoice and asked one question: which deals are actually going to close?

That question now powers Signals, Agents, Forecast and Pipeline Radar for more than 4,000 revenue teams. The Monday meeting takes twenty minutes.

Values

How we work.

Six principles we hire for, argue about and occasionally get wrong — then write down what we learned.

01

Earn the number

A forecast is a promise. We ship nothing that makes it less accurate, and we show our working whenever it changes.

02

Automate the boring half

Reps should sell, not type. If an agent can do a task without losing judgment, we build the agent and give the time back.

03

Show, don’t tell

Every score explains itself. If a customer can’t see why Deal Health dropped, the feature isn’t finished.

04

Default to candour

We say the uncomfortable thing early and kindly — in product reviews, in pipeline calls and in feedback to each other.

05

Guard the data like it’s ours

Revenue data is the most sensitive data a company has. Security reviews happen before the roadmap, not after it.

06

Stay small on purpose

Small teams with real ownership beat big teams with more meetings. We hire slowly and hand people whole problems.

Team

The people behind Veyro.

Operators, engineers and designers who have carried a quota, run a forecast call or built one — usually all three.

Luca ran revenue operations at two Amsterdam scale-ups and built the same forecasting spreadsheet twice before deciding nobody should have to build it a third time. He founded Veyro in 2021 and still sits in on at least one customer forecast call every week.

Omar has scaled engineering teams from ten people to a hundred, twice. He is quietly obsessed with sync reliability — when a CRM field changes, he wants Veyro to know within seconds — and he runs our New York engineering hub.
