Terms of Service

The agreement between your company and Veyro. Plain language where we can, precise language where we must.

Last updated September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Veyro B.V. (“Veyro”) and the company or organisation (“Customer”, “you”) that uses the Veyro platform. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Template note: these terms are sample copy for a fictional B2B SaaS company. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapted to your business before you rely on them.

01

Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, starting a trial or signing an order form, you agree to these Terms and to any order form that references them. If an order form conflicts with these Terms, the order form takes precedence for that subscription.

02

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly at security@veyro.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Users must be at least 16 years old and sign in with a work email address. Each seat belongs to one named user and may not be shared.

03

Trials, subscriptions and billing

  • Free trials last 14 days and include every Growth plan feature. No payment details are needed to start.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless either party gives notice at least 30 days before renewal.

  • Fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and are non-refundable except where these Terms say otherwise. Prices exclude taxes.

  • Late payment — if an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may suspend access after giving you 10 days’ written notice.

04

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Veyro to send spam or unlawful messages, or to contact people who have opted out.

  • Upload malware, probe or disrupt the platform, or try to bypass usage limits or security controls.

  • Reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

  • Process special categories of personal data unless we have agreed to it in writing.

05

Customer Data

You own your Customer Data. You grant Veyro a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide and support the services, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to connect your data sources to Veyro. You can export your Customer Data at any time during your subscription and for 30 days after it ends.

06

AI features and outputs

Forecasts, Deal Health scores, Copilot answers and actions taken by Agents are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

Agents act only within the permissions and Playbooks you configure. You can pause any Agent at any time, and every action it takes is recorded in your audit log.

07

Third-party integrations

Veyro connects to third-party products such as your CRM, inbox and billing system. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and changes to their APIs may affect how an integration behaves.

08

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least reasonable care, and use it only to perform under these Terms.

Veyro owns the platform, its models and all improvements to them. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. We may use feedback you choose to share without any obligation to you.

09

Warranties and liability

We warrant that the services will perform materially as described in our documentation, and we target 99.9% monthly uptime as set out in our Service Level Agreement. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10

Termination and governing law

Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, your access ends and any outstanding fees become due. Confidentiality, liability and payment obligations survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Amsterdam. Questions? Contact legal@veyro.ai.
