v3.3

New

Agents 2.0: autonomy with guardrails

Agents now update the CRM, log calls and chase next steps on their own — within limits you set per field, with a receipt and one-click undo for every change.

Agents launched last October as polite interns that drafted everything and waited for approval. With 2.0 you choose, per Agent and per field, whether Veyro acts on its own, acts and notifies, or asks first. Across 1.4 million actions in the private beta, reps reverted just 0.8%.

  • Autonomous updates to close dates, stages, next steps and contact roles, written back within 90 seconds

  • A receipt on every action, linked to the call, email or billing event behind it

  • One-click undo for any change an Agent makes

  • Risk escalation when a Deal Health score drops more than 15 points in a week

  • Existing Agents keep their settings until an admin opts in to autonomy

v3.2

Improved

Forecast scenarios and commit tracking

Model best-case, commit and downside scenarios side by side, and see exactly how each rep’s call changed week over week.

Forecast now answers the question every CRO hears on Monday morning: what changed, and why? Scenarios let you adjust win rates, slippage and ramp assumptions and watch the quarter update in real time.

  • Best-case, commit and downside scenarios side by side

  • Week-over-week commit history for every rep and manager

  • Slippage assumptions learned from your own historical close dates

  • Median week-one forecast error down from 9.4% to 6.1% across 140 beta workspaces

v3.1

Fixed

Cleaner data, fewer duplicates

A quality release focused on data hygiene: smarter deduplication, correct multi-currency rollups and 63 smaller fixes.

After 3.0 we spent a full cycle on the unglamorous work that makes every number trustworthy. If you’ve ever found two “Kestrel Labs” accounts, or a forecast rolled up in the wrong currency, this one’s for you.

  • Duplicate detection now matches on domain, legal name and billing ID

  • Multi-currency rollups use the exchange rate from each deal’s close date

  • Fixed timezone drift that pushed some quarter-end deals into the next period

  • 63 smaller issues reported by customers, resolved

v3.0

New

Veyro 3.0: Copilot, everywhere you work

Veyro Copilot now lives in your CRM, inbox, Slack and Teams — with answers that cite the call, email or record they came from.

Veyro 3.0 is our biggest release since launch. Copilot moves out of the Veyro app and into the tools your team already has open, and every answer links to its source, so reps can trust it and managers can verify it.

  • Copilot sidebar for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail and Outlook

  • Inline citations to the exact call moment, email or field change

  • Plain-language questions about any account, deal or rep

  • Rebuilt workspace navigation — pages load 2.3× faster

  • Admin controls for which teams and data sources Copilot can use

v2.9

Improved

Deal Health coverage map and review summaries

See Deal Health rolled up by segment, team and rep on a single coverage map, and drop a Copilot summary of any deal straight into the forecast review.

Deal Health has always been scored one deal at a time. This release rolls those scores up into a coverage map, so managers can spot the segments carrying real risk before the forecast call, not halfway through it.

  • A coverage map that rolls Deal Health up by segment, team and rep

  • One-click Copilot summaries of any deal, formatted for the forecast review

  • Base model retrained on 1.8 million closed opportunities for sharper early-stage scores

  • Scores now recalculate within five minutes of new activity

v2.8

Fixed

Sync engine hardening

Faster, sturdier CRM sync — fewer API calls, smarter retries and clear alerts when something needs an admin’s attention.

Some large Salesforce orgs were brushing up against API limits during the end-of-quarter crunch. We rebuilt the sync scheduler to batch smarter and back off gracefully, so Veyro stays current even when your org is at its busiest.

  • 38% fewer Salesforce API calls for the same sync coverage

  • Automatic retries with exponential backoff on rate limits

  • Admin alerts when a permission change blocks a sync

  • Fixed archived HubSpot pipelines reappearing after a full resync

v2.7

New

Renewal and expansion Playbooks

Playbooks now cover the whole customer lifecycle, with ready-made templates for renewals, expansions and at-risk accounts.

Playbooks started as a way to standardize new-business motions. With 2.7 they follow the customer after the signature: start a renewal Playbook 120 days out, or kick off an expansion motion the moment seat usage crosses 90%.

  • Six new templates for renewals, upsells and save plays

  • Triggers based on contract dates, seat usage and support health

  • Playbooks shared between sales and customer success

  • Progress tracking right inside Pipeline Radar

v2.6

Improved

A calmer Signals inbox

Signals are now grouped, ranked and snoozable, so reps see the five things that matter today instead of fifty notifications.

Customers told us Signals were useful but noisy. The redesigned inbox groups related Signals by deal, ranks them by expected revenue impact, and lets reps snooze anything that can wait until next week.

  • Signals grouped by deal and ranked by revenue impact

  • Snooze, dismiss and “not relevant” feedback that tunes future Signals

  • A daily focus view with the top five actions for each rep

  • Notification volume down 64% for the median rep in beta
